MVP

This is an early MVP. Ranks, names, requirements and every other concept here are subject to change in the coming sprints. What this means

Home / Ranks
The ranks · 0000 0000 → 1111 1111

Sixteen ranks.
One byte.

Every rank is a real number in binary, and every rank maps to a job title a recruiter already understands. You climb one bit at a time, and no bit is lit without real, reviewed work.

How a rank works
01
THE NUMBERA real binary value

Rank 7 is 0000 0111. Each lit bit is a step you proved. The swan's byte shows it on your badge.

THE TITLEA real job title

Rank 7 is an Associate Engineer. Your badge says the title first, so anyone outside can read it.

THE PROOFReviewed work

Two peers at a higher rank review it, and a Guide (a mentor) signs it off. Every badge links to that work.

THE TIMEA minimum, not a deadline

A week is one live session. A quarter is 13 weeks. Go as slowly as you need; nobody can skip a rank.
